Do you have the time to write a Quiz on top of everything else? You can walk into any pub and see promo for a Weekly Pub Quiz. You want your venue to stand out. There’s a good reason why nobody has else has successfully launched a decent Music Quiz – it takes us roughly 3 days – yes DAYS, to create a full quiz with the right balance of songs, rounds and ensuring it builds in the right way. We have hundreds of quizzes in our catalogue including themed specials. We supply our amazing full colour perforated quiz booklets, visuals and a brilliant Quiz that will set your venue apart. You aren’t tied into using our hosts, if you chose to host it yourself that’s fine (and cheaper for you).

We’re going to be honest with you it can take a few months to properly start seeing a regular following but once it clicks in it will pay dividends. Remember CONSISTENCY IS KEY! Never underestimate the power of promotion and marketing in the lead up to the launch and your Quiz dates.

A PA System - speakers and mixer is ideal. A projector or AV/Monitors if you want to use our fab visuals. All bars tend to provide prizes such as a bottle of wine, round of drinks or tab, which will bring people back into your bar.

We can provide artwork for flyers and posters and share posts on our socials. We’ll work with you on a Marketing Roadmap to ensure your Quiz Nights are as successful as they deserve to be. Remember always to encourage attendees to tag #SoundsFamiliar in on their posts and we’ll share those too.

There’s no preferred night of the week for Quizzing although we’d suggest steering clear of Sunday nights for Sounds Familiar Music Quiz! Experience shows that weekly quizzes tend to build a quicker following and work more successfully. Fortnightly or Monthly Quizzes can be harder to establish as they lack routine. We wouldn’t suggest trialling Monthly Quizzes unless you have a larger 150+ venue and want to put our Mega Monthly Quiz on.
